Our clothing and baby sleeping bags are made with the greatest of care and we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item then simply contact us and return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in new condition.
Please advise of us the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Exchange orders are processed on receipt and your replacement item will be dispatched within three days provided it is in stock. If your replacement item is out of stock, you will be contacted to advise the expected delivery date.
Items returned for refund will be credited back using the same payment method you used originally and will be processed within five working days.
We are unable to refund P&P or returns postage however we will not charge to post your exchanged item to you. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
