Orders are usually dispatched within three working days. If our UK express delivery option has been selected, orders are sent out the same day (if received by us before 12 noon) for next day delivery.
Last Order Dates for Pre Christmas Delivery 2011
Orders for delivery to South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Japan, Far East and Australasia should be placed by 1st December 2011 for pre-Christmas delivery.
For Eastern Europe, USA and Canada, order before 6th December 2011.
For Western Europe, order before 8th December 2011.
The last day for orders using our FREE standard UK delivery option is 19th December 2011.
The last day for Express delivery pre christmas is Wednesday 21st December 2011.
FREE Standard UK Delivery
Our standard delivery option is free and is available to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail 1st class post. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days from the dispatch date but can take longer at peak times. If you are out when Royal Mail call, they will leave a card advising where your parcel can be collected from. We can deliver to a work address, friend or family member if more convenient.
Express delivery - From £6.95
Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses for orders placed before noon Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or after midday Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note that this method of delivery requires a signature. For your convenience you can select an alternate delivery address during checkout. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier. Charges vary based on parcel weight and start at just £6.95.
UK mainland excludes the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isles of Wight, Scilly and Man.
Please note that Express Delivery is temporarily unavailable from 22nd - 30th December whilst our office is closed for the Christmas period. Should you require an urgent delivery during this period, please call us on 020 8877 1111.
Worldwide Delivery
We are able to deliver most items anywhere in the world. Delivery to addresses outside mainland UK usually takes 5-10 working days from dispatch (for European addresses). Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to non European addresses as parcels can be delayed in customs in the destination country prior to delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated based on package weight.

Parcels are sent by airmail and delivery times are determined by the postal service in the destination country. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to an International courier service, which carries an additional charge.
Due to unreliable postal systems in a very small number of countries, where we are not confident parcels will reach their recipients safely through standard postal channels, we may need to levy an additional charge to send parcels by courier. This currently applies to - but is not limited to - South Africa and the Russian Federation. Should this apply, we will contact you prior to dispatching your order to agree this with you.
Local import taxes and duties may be charged in the destination country. In this case the addressee will need to pay the local customs authority before receiving the goods.
Babywear is zero rated for VAT in the UK so no VAT deduction applies to international orders.
Sorry, our baby sleeping bags are not available for delivery to New Zealand.

Stock availability
Unfortunately some items occasionally sell out more quickly than anticipated. If your chosen item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email to advise expected delivery date and/or offer an alternative garment.
